Heat-Resistant Synthetic Solvent-Borne Adhesive

HIND BOND HEAT CHAMP is a synthetic solvent-borne rubber-based adhesive formulated to withstand high temperatures up to 170°C. With its special formula, it provides excellent heat resistance and can bond curved surfaces, making it ideal for vertical applications. HIND BOND HEAT CHAMP is commonly used in the furniture industry, especially for bonding laminates to wood and PVC laminates to laminate.

Product Guidelines
  • Ensure surfaces to be bonded are dry, clean, and levelled.
  • Stir the adhesive thoroughly before use.
  • Apply the adhesive first to the non-porous surface, then to the porous surface.
  • Allow a drying time of 4-6 minutes at room temperature.
  • Carefully align the surfaces and apply appropriate pressure.
  • The final bond will be achieved in 24 hours.
    Storage:
  • Store in a dry place, away from heat, sunlight, and open flames.
  • Seal the container tightly after use.
    Shelf Life:
  • Best used within 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly.
